Compliance manager

job summary:
We are searching for a Compliance Manager in Wichita, KS who has experience within the aviation industry. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in quality within the aviation industry including knowldege of regulatory standards in relation to FAA requirements and industry quality management systems such as AS9100 or ISO9000.

responsibilities:

• Prepare for and manage onsite audits to include hosting external customer and regulatory auditors

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance throughout the product lifecycle

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and compliance

• Develop and conduct training sessions for employees on quality systems, regulatory standards, and best
  practices

• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance trends to ensure that the company adheres to
  new and changing laws

• Develop, implement, and monitor QMS in accordance with industry standards and regulatory
  requirements
