We’re looking for an accomplished Restaurant District Manager to lead a group of high-performing restaurants in the Lafayette, IN market. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, successful restaurant organization that offers the resources and stability of a large company while still putting its people and leaders first.
This role is for a true multi-unit operator, someone who loves developing General Managers, building strong teams, improving performance, and creating restaurants people are proud to lead and work in.

What You’ll Do
As Restaurant District Manager, you’ll oversee approximately 6-7 restaurant locations
- Coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant General Managers
- Build strong management teams and identify future leaders
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
- Improve guest satisfaction and operational execution
- Manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and brand excellence
- Identify performance opportunities and create plans that deliver measurable results
- Lead the successful rollout of new products, programs, and company initiatives
- Create a culture built around accountability, recognition, teamwork, and results
