Schedule : 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and exploring innovative ways to improve recruiting operations through technology and AI-enabled tools.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring logistics, managing recruiting systems, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, calendars, and time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and strong attention to detail
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics, scheduling updates, and offer letter coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, documentation, and process improvements
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and recruiting events
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimization
- Stay informed on emerging recruiting technologies and contribute ideas that enhance team effectiveness
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and technologies
- Interest in AI, automation, and innovative recruiting solutions
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, calendar management, and virtual meeting platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
