Job Title: Metal Finisher Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher to join our team on the 1st shift. You will work with sandblasters, grinders, polishers, and other finishing equipment on parts after they have been machined. The role involves machining components such as cam shafts, bearings, bearing caps, torque converters, and clutches using materials like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sandblasters, grinders, polishers, and finishing equipment on machined parts.

• Perform machining on various components including cam shafts, bearings, and clutches.

• Work with materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Essential Skills

• 2 years of experience in metal finishing.

• Proficiency in sandblasting, grinding, and polishing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with power tools and sanding equipment.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
