This full-time contract position focuses on supporting both elementary and high school students, with assignments covering a variety of needs across age groups. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience with pediatric or school-based therapy preferred
• Comfort working with both elementary and high school students
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Position Details and Responsibilities:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week from September 8, 2026, to January 8, 2027
• Provide therapy to students with varied needs in both elementary and high school settings
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services onsite, ensuring compliance with student IEPs
• Participate in the "Buddy Program" for thorough orientation and ongoing support
• Use provided equipment and testing materials efficiently
• Attend monthly meetings and roundtable discussions for collaboration
• Engage in 1:1 check-ins and team meetings with leaders to discuss progress and priorities
• Take part in annual performance reviews, professional development, and process improvement initiatives
