Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support internal teams by resolving order-related inquiries and coordinating with operations, vendors, carriers, and other departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service.Schedule: Hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday-Thursday and remote work Monday-Friday. Standard hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries through ticketing systems and other communication channels.Research and resolve order, shipment, delivery, and inventory-related issues.Coordinate with internal teams, distribution centers, carriers, and vendors.Process order updates, cancellations, shipping changes, and related requests.Maintain accurate documentation and case records.Meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.Support continuous process improvement efforts.Required Qualifications2+ years of customer service or customer support experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, transportation, warehouse operations, or order management.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing platforms.Familiarity with shipping and tracking systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.).Background in internal customer support or email-based support environments.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
