The SM Sentinel solution portfolio provides software companies and intelligent device vendors with software licensing, download, protection, and entitlement management solutions. In this customer-facing technical presales role, you will serve as the technical owner of the customer accounts providing guidance and leadership in the presales phase throughout the Americas region, covering a range of SMB and enterprise software protection solutions such as software licensing, download, protection, and entitlement management solutions. Key Areas of Responsibility Serve as the primary technical interface for prospective customers. Technical owner of the Pre-sales process, responsible for the customer's technical experience.
