About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive, customer‑focused culture we have today. I attended Florida A&M University and am incredibly proud of my family. My son has served in the military, and my daughter is a cheerleader at University of Georgia. Family, community, and helping others are values that guide both my personal life and my agency. Giving back is a big part of who we are. We sponsor local high school sports and activities, support Building Strong Futures, and are proud supporters of the Washington Community Center and its fundraising efforts. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
