Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Speech Language Pathologist in providing therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by the SLP
• Work with students individually and in small groups
• Document student progress and therapy sessions
• Support speech, language, articulation, and communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district guidelines

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Assisting or related field
• Active Maryland SLPA License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
