This role oversees daily operations in the field while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Premier Service's quality standards.Essential Job FunctionsLead crews to perform tasks safely while delivering superior service qualityPerform and oversee hardscape and softscape installation and improvementsOperate skid steer and mini excavator as neededDrive company truck with trailer and perform daily vehicle inspectionsDelegate tasks to crew members to ensure timely completion of all jobsVerify and submit crew timesheets to meet weekly payroll deadlinesRequirementsValid Driver's License and ability to meet Premier Service's driver eligibility and insurability guidelinesWorking knowledge of softscape and hardscape grading, drainage, and planting installationIrrigation and lighting experience a plusPrevious experience leading small crews as a working Foreman.Ability to read and interpret designs and blueprints preferredWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekendsAbility to communicate and conduct business professionally at all timesPhysical RequirementsExtended periods of outdoor walking during shiftsFrequent stooping, bending, climbing, and graspingAbility to lift and carry 50+ lbsAbout Premier ServiceFrom landscape design to unparalleled property care, our deep expertise and commitment to quality are what make us Premier.Premier Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
