Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager $1000 Sign On Bonus. Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. Day shift only: Office closes at 6pm. This location is closed on Sundays. Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. Ensure highest cleanliness standards through continuous maintenance of the site, including office and storage building, and surrounding areas. Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks. Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and site usage. Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Protect company culture by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all Extra Space employees. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ year of customer-facing work experience. Sales experience preferred. Current valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (except in New York City and Brooklyn). High School diploma or GED required; college education is a plus. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Perform indoor and outdoor job responsibilities ranging from sedentary desk work to physical tasks with varying demands and seasonal weather exposure. Regular tasks include standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, sitting, and lifting. Regularly required to lift or move items up to 35 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
