Your Responsibilities as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator:
- Ensure the patient and resident is at the center of every decision
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations
- Ensure all elements of the Diversicare culture are embedded in the daily operations of the center
- Ensure effective stewardship is in place to meet budgetary commitments
- Develop an effective business plan designed to meet community and marketplace needs
- Ensure that quality care and services is provided to all patients, residents and that it meets the satisfaction of the patient, resident, family, physicians and other partners
Qualifications:
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License
- Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center.
