Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans. Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted under a client’s plan of care that can be safely provided in the home within your scope of practice. Counsel clients and families in meeting nursing and related needs. Meet all documentation requirements according to agency policy and procedure. Coordinate services by participating in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as indicated. Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license required. BLS required. Experience in placing peripheral IVs, accessing ports and working with PICC lines required. Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations. Basic computer skills. Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Florida Clearinghouse background screening requirement.
