Accurately collect, verify, and route message details to clients. Enter caller data efficiently into our system with a high degree of precision. Meet and exceed core metrics, including scheduled adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Requirements: Upbeat, clear, and professional phone demeanor. Strong written and verbal English skills (correct grammar and spelling required). Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer systems. Typing speed of at least 35WPM. Dependable attendance and a strong dedication to quality work. Availability to work one weekend day per week and scheduled holidays.
