Refer a friend who’d be a great fit for One GI and earn a special bonus when they join the team!Snapshot of Daily DutiesPerform routine patient check-in procedures, including patient work-ups and new patient history.Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous medications as directed by physician.Perform phlebotomy for lab work and complete required forms.Approve prescriptions and communicate with pharmacies at direction of physicians.Assist in maintaining general medical records.Schedule patient appointments and other procedures in the computer as needed.Schedule outpatient x-rays and tests as needed.Will be crossed trained in FibroScans, Patient Check In, Scheduling and other specialized training.The Must HavesHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant required.Previous experience working in a medical office environment preferred.BLS certified required.Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology required.Ability to Float between other office locations - travel is required.If you're ready to bring your energy, organization skills, and smile to a place that values you—we’d love to have you on the team.Let’s do great work together—and have some fun while we’re at it #J-18808-Ljbffr
