Chris Auffenberg Kia is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Cape Girardeau, MO. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various administrative functions, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Organize and maintain filing systems and records
• Accounts Payable and Receivable administration
• Cashier service customers
• Coordinate communication between departments and with external contacts
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or relevant administrative role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
