Key Responsibilities\n

  • Hold supervision sessions in partnership with the site supervisor to foster professional growth and monitor treatment effectiveness.

  • Attend regular staff meetings and clinical discussions to stay informed about best practices and organizational initiatives.

  • Engage in consultations with external partners and community organizations as appropriate to enhance client resources.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, positioned between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
