Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and incoming callers in a professional and courteous manner Manage front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings Schedule and coordinate appointments, depositions, and court dates Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files and case management systems Assist attorneys with research, document preparation, and case file management Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and electronic communications Requirements: Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or receptionist role preferred Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Friendly, client-focused demeanor with a polished professional presence About Us: Fuller & Ahern, P.C. is a respected law firm proudly serving the Parker, CO community and surrounding areas.
