Job Description:

Blue Fig USA, an authorized independent retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a dedicated Wireless Sales Associate to join our team. With over 90 locations throughout Florida, we are committed to delivering a premium customer experience. Our team of trained wireless experts is dedicated to delivering valuable solutions that meet the wireless needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

- Demonstrate solid technical knowledge of wireless products and services.

- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable wireless solutions tailored to their specific needs.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.

- Stay updated on the latest wireless technology and promotions.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.

- Basic technical knowledge of wireless devices and services.

- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days

JOB TYPE:

• Full-Time
• Hourly- Non-Exempt
