• Mon - Thu 8 am - 5 pm, Fri 8 am - 4 pm -- 39-hour weeks
• Office visits, follow-ups, medication management, and interventional care
• Full spectrum interventional pain practice
• Interventional cervical, lumbar, and thoracic spinal procedures required
• Fluoroscopy-guided spine procedures -- ESIs, facet blocks, RFA, discography, SCS
• Joint injections, nerve blocks, and regenerative medicine (PRP)
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
