Hybrid Strategic Talent Partner & Employer Brand Advocate

Ideatek Telcom LLC

IdeaTek is seeking a Talent Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment and act as a strategic advisor across departments. You will help shape culture, lead HR initiatives, and strengthen the employer brand while building strong candidate pipelines and collaborating with leaders. You will also serve at career fairs and events, with hybrid work in Kansas and occasional travel to expansion sites, including remote work options whenever feasible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
