Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy license required
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Prior pediatric or school-based experience highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and determine students’ therapy needs
• Develop tailored intervention plans that address fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies within the school environment
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate with educational staff and families
• Serve as a resource for teachers, providing recommendations for classroom modifications and supports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
