SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Community Development Management Plan Oversight
You will provide oversight for major construction and execution of the Community Development Management Plan.
You will manage data and information in support to the Housing Program Office Program Manager at the Office of the Deputy Commandant Installation and Logistics and Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) for Congressional and Federal issues.
You will conduct site visits throughout the installation and major commands to review housing management policy application and effectiveness of the programs.
You will assist with reviews of Congressional and Inspector General housing inquiries and Government Accountability Office (GAO) audits, ensuring adequate responsiveness to ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.
You will serve as a housing enterprise spokesperson interfacing on behalf of the installation commander and the family housing residents.
You will monitor financials (project budgets and monthly flash reports), projects, and resident information identifying trends/or anomalies within the Public Private Venture (PPV) project's financial reports.
You will set performance standards for all immediate subordinates, reviews their accomplishments, counsels them on deficiencies, renders performance appraisals, and schedules and approves their leave.
