Permanency Support Specialist: Children & Families

TFI Family Services in Texas is seeking a Permanency Support Worker to support the Permanency Services Program, promote child well-being, and collaborate across agencies.
The role involves supervising visits, aiding reunification efforts, and providing counseling and crisis intervention as needed, while coordinating with program staff to ensure documentation and case file preparation for audits.
