Physical Therapist Job in Leonardtown, MD

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support infants and toddlers in a school-based setting in Leonardtown, Maryland. This full-time opportunity is a great fit for a PT who enjoys working with young children and helping them develop important physical and functional skills.

Position Overview:

Location: Leonardtown, MD
Setting: School-based / Early Childhood
Caseload: Infants and Toddlers
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: July 1, 2027
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide physical therapy services to infants and toddlers
• Support students with developmental and functional needs
• Work toward individualized therapy goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other related service providers
• Help students develop skills that support participation and independence

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Maryland PT License
• Pediatric or early childhood experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with young children and families
