Competitive bonus or commission plan may also be offered. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive sales and build relationships by meeting or exceeding sales targets and connecting with customers. Serve as a vision expert, offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle. Enhance your skills with hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals. Collaborate with team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive working environment. Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Foster inclusion and respect among customers and colleagues. What We’re Looking For Passion for customer service; retail or customer‑service experience is a plus. Sales savvy and strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology for the customer experience and accurate transactions. Fashion forward with interest in eyewear and fashion trends.
