Drive impactful initiatives supporting organizational success.Job DescriptionSenior Manager, Finance & Fulfillment OverviewThe Senior Manager, Finance & Fulfillment will oversee strategic financial planning and fulfillment operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.Lead the annual budgeting process, develop financial projections, and track key performance indicators to support organizational success.Provide insights into financial performance, compliance, and operational improvements to enhance decision-making and long-term planning.Manage fulfillment operations, including inventory, logistics, and demand planning, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.Collaborate across departments to drive financial and operational excellence and support organizational initiatives.Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and GAAP standards while fostering continuous improvement.Contribute to a flexible and dynamic work environment with hybrid work arrangements.Engage in professional growth opportunities, including tuition reimbursement and leadership development programs.Senior Manager, Finance & Fulfillment Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and manage departmental budgets, financial projections, and long-term financial plans to ensure organizational sustainability.Analyze financial results, variances, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics optimization.Drive cross-functional collaboration between finance, accounting, and operations teams to achieve organizational objectives.Monitor and improve fulfillment operations KPIs, ensuring efficient service delivery.Provide strategic support for financial modeling, ad hoc reporting, and special projects.Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while fostering continuous improvement.Senior Manager, Finance & Fulfillment Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.7-10 years of experience in finance, budgeting, accounting, and/or fulfillment operations, including managerial experience.Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and balance sheet analysis.Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or fulfillment operations is advantageous.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.High proficiency in Excel for analyzing large datasets and developing financial reports.Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills.
