What You’ll Do Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad Why You’ll Love PPG Flexible scheduling — choose when you work Guaranteed patient volume from day one Competitive pay with no cap on earnings Dedicated support staff for scheduling, supplies, billing, and credentialing Company-issued iPad for EMR documentation Ongoing training, mentorship, and development Autonomy + work-life balance What We’re Looking For Master’s degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required) Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required) 2–5 years’ experience in podiatry post‑training (preferred) Long‑term care/nursing home experience (preferred) BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, independent settings Compensation Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000–$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000–$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000–$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
