Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Position Summary Sign-on bonus:$15,000 commitment-incentive for experienced Registered Nurses, $12,000 for New Graduates More about our team Our Med/Surg Department embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, which are essential for providing specialized care to patients This department provides clinical care for patients from Neonatal to Geriatric patients Howyou'llcontribute ARegistered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role: Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments Whatwe'relooking for Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessanassociate'sdegree from an accredited nursing school.Additionalrequirements include: Basic Life Support certification isrequired.
