We are hiring for an Interactive Sales Leader – Hi-Tech & Media with one of the largest IT services and digital consulting firms.
Location: Seattle, WA, or San Francisco Bay Area
Experience: 15 to 20 years
About the role
A global technology services firm is hiring a senior sales leader to grow its Interactive (customer experience) business across North America, with a focus on the Hi-Tech and Media verticals. You will own revenue and TCV for your industry segment, building and scaling relationships with senior marketing, commerce and digital leaders, and selling integrated programs that span design, commerce, marketing, customer service and digital transformation.
We want someone who has sold Interactive work at the executive level and can hold a credible conversation on strategy as well as delivery.
What you will do
- Own pipeline, revenue and TCV targets for the Interactive practice in your industry segment.
- Hunt for net-new logos and expand existing accounts, using your own network to open doors.
- Build relationships with CMOs, CDOs, heads of digital and commerce, and other senior business leaders.
- Lead consultative, solution-led selling with the vertical sales teams and the Interactive centers of excellence, and shape pitches that fit each client's problem.
- Develop the market for the practice through thought leadership, and represent the firm at industry forums, events and executive councils.
- Work with product, consulting and leadership teams on go-to-market positioning, and feed client demand back into the service offerings.
What you bring
- 15 to 20 years in CX across content, commerce, marketing, customer service and digital, in an agency or systems integrator setting, with real exposure to AI-led work.
- Proven executive-level consultative selling in Interactive, marketing technology, CX or digital transformation.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Adobe, Shopify and BigCommerce across commerce, martech, design, CMS, CRM, CDP and analytics.
- A record of strong growth, and individual P&L ownership for an industry segment of an Interactive practice.
- Prior sales experience in Hi-Tech or Media in North America.
