Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support team members
• Deliver excellent guest experiences
• Performs food truck opening and closing duties, such as prep training and turning on all equipment, propane fill-up, and driving.
• Review, maintain, and replenish all food truck inventory, and bank.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory
• Oversee daily operations, setup, and event logistics
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards
• Assist with ordering, vendor communication, and cost control
• Report maintenance and operational issues

Qualifications:

• 13 years of supervisory experience in food service
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Positive, hands-on attitude
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
• Basic math and computer skills
