Role Description The Admissions Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Boca Raton, FL. This position is responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families, answering inquiries, and providing accurate information about services, programs, and admission processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting initial screenings, collecting and verifying client information, coordinating assessments, and scheduling appointments. The role involves maintaining detailed and confidential records, updating internal systems, and communicating frequently with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience. The Admissions Representative also follows up with referrals, supports insurance verification workflows, and represents Harbor Village Inc with professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with clients, families, and referral sources. Demonstrated customer service experience, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing challenging conversations with sensitivity and respect. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple admissions cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and common office software (e.g., EMR or CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and word processing) and comfort learning new digital tools. Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills, including maintaining confidential records in compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements. Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams, and to follow established policies and procedures consistently. High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in healthcare, mental health, or substance use treatment settings is a plus, as is familiarity with insurance verification and authorization processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
