Type of position: Part-time (available between 12 and 32 hours)

Responsibilities of reception team members:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically, using My pleasure
• Establish emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to help people be better because of us
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Work standing for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Follow the vision and direction of restaurant leadership
• Other assigned duties
