Care Concierge & Patient Experience Coordinator
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our NoHo Broadway clinic in Manhattan. You will welcome patients, manage phone and email responses within 2 hours and within 24 hours, and guide patients through the out-of-network experience, ensuring a 5-star customer service standard.
Responsibilities include greeting patients with a smile, supporting smooth appointment flow, and collaborating with the team to provide compassionate care.
