Job Title: General Labor

Client: Food Manufacturing Company

Duration: 04 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Location: Cummings, KS 66016

Shift: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Description:

• Perform general labor and grain handling operations, including loading and unloading trucks, railcars, and barges.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment to support daily production and warehouse operations.
• Monitor facility operations while ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and routine housekeeping duties.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including elevated areas and varying weather conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Perform additional operational tasks and overtime as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic computer and English communication skills.
• Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with heat, cold, dust, and noise.
• Comfortable working at heights (4 feet and above).
• Must wear closed-toe safety boots.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed.
