Schedule: Full-time or part-time. We will work with you to determine a schedule that meets your needs and the needs of your clients! We treat clients Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 6 PM. Physical Therapist Position Summary: As a Physical Therapist, you will help children live life to the fullest by increasing their functional language through play. Our Physical Therapists foster positive, engaging relationships with children and their families and are creative in their approach to care. Key Responsibilities: Prepare for and conduct screenings for potential new clients by reviewing existing information prior to screening and providing clinical recommendations for further evaluation if necessary. Prepare for and conduct evaluations for potential new clients using appropriate assessments, complete evaluation reports, and share findings with client’s parents or caregivers and physicians. Create individualized treatment plans and goals that include necessary diagnostic and development information to guide treatment. Provide 1:1 therapy services using client specific intervention methods to aid in achieving goals and document goal progress. Partner with parents or caregivers in a productive and professional manner regarding plan of care, measuring success, and home care. Partner with physicians and other professionals to ensure plan of care meets client needs and is collaborative with shared goals. Collaborate weekly with Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists regarding treatment plans of shared clients to ensure consistency in vocabulary, responses to behaviors, and carry-over of treatment. Determine what success of treatment looks like and discharge when appropriate. Complete required documentation thoroughly, accurately, and in line with insurance requirements by due dates. Salary and Benefits: We offer a full-time base salary of $67,000 - $80,000/annually based on licensure and experience, with additional monthly & annual performance bonuses.
