Marshfield Medical Center - Park Falls is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established rural health center in Park Falls, Wisconsin. National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site.

Traditional practice providing both outpatient and inpatient care. Join a collegial group of 2 other physicians and 4 APPs. Work closely with all departments and a well-supportive care team, including RNs who are wound care trained. Multiple specialty providers frequently rotate onsite. Call is a 1:3 rotation for the hospital; nurse line is 1st call for outpatient (phone call only). Clinic, dental center, and critical access hospital (10 beds) are located on the same campus. Excellent work-life balance (support for job sharing). 4-day work week flexibility.

Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
