Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Practice Manager role located in Long Grove, IL. The Practice Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring seamless patient experiences and optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing practice workflows, leading and directing staff, monitoring practice performance metrics, implementing strategies for growth, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Practice Manager will also support financial performance goals, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborate with teams to implement innovative practice solutions. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in operations management, workflow optimization, and performance improvement. Knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting, and achieving revenue goals. Understanding of compliance standards, healthcare regulations, and patient care practices. Proficiency with practice management software and tools, as well as standard office applications. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking for addressing operational challenges. Prior experience in managing vision care practices or healthcare settings is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
