Trousdale Digital Technologies is a digital agency managing social media for our own brand plus 20+ client brands. We already create the content for you — your job is to post it, schedule it, and grow each account using free tools. This is a posting, scheduling, and engagement role, not a design or copywriting role.

What you'll do

* Schedule and publish pre-made content across Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms for ~18 brands
* Use free scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer free tier, etc.) to automate and batch posts
* Maintain a posting calendar so every brand stays consistently active
* Reply to comments and DMs, follow relevant accounts, and engage to grow followers
* Track simple metrics (followers, reach, engagement) and report weekly
* Keep content organized and flag when a brand is running low on material

You're a fit if you have

* 1+ years managing multiple social media accounts (agency or multi-brand experience a big plus)
* Hands-on with Meta Business Suite and at least one free scheduler
* Strong written English and reliable internet
* Organized, self-managing, and able to handle many accounts without dropping any
* Available to overlap a few hours with US time zones

Nice to have

* Canva basics for light tweaks
* Experience growing accounts organically (hashtags, reels, engagement tactics)
