Overview 808 Wall Street, Ste 7E, Los Angeles, CA 90014 OPERATIONS MANAGER – Plan, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company. Review financial statements and sales reports to measure goal achievement to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct and coordinate in production, pricing, sales and distribution of products. Direct administrative duties and prepare staff work schedules and assign duties. Direct and coordinate financial/budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency. Establish and implement company goals, objectives, and procedures. Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising sand sales campaigns. Oversee support staff.
