Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

This position is located in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in hot temperatures and varying weather conditions throughout the year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment.

· Load materials into machines and remove finished products.

· Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

· Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues to supervisors.

· Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area.

· Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

· Accurately complete production and quality documentation.

· Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.

Qualifications

· Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Dependable attendance and punctuality.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

· Ability to work in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

· Ability to work safely around moving machinery and equipment.

· Ability to tolerate varying temperatures and weather conditions.
