About our agency
I opened my agency in 2014, and today I lead a tight-knit team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed and grow in this business.

Role description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Katie Sanford - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
