Vetco Veterinary Clinic Advisor - Training Provided (Driving Role)

Position Summary As a Vetco Customer Service Team member, you will meet your team at the local dispatch office, then travel to the assigned Petco clinic locations for the day. At the clinics, you and your team will greet the pet parents, recommend the services that best protect their pets, assist the Veterinarian so services can be administered, and thank the pet parent for protecting their pet with Vetco. Responsibilities Travel to assigned Petco clinic locations and provide customer service to pet parents. Make recommendations of services that best protect pets. Assist the Veterinarian in administering services. Thank pet parents for choosing Vetco. Love dogs, cats, and people. Team player who supports the team in every way. Provide exceptional customer service. Show a can‑do attitude and be responsible and accountable. Eager to learn and work in changing environments. Travel throughout the market as required.
