ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals and Behavior Aides for the 2026–2027 school year in Bailey CO. In this role, you will work closely with students in educational or clinical settings, providing essential support to help foster a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
(Must be available to work a full shift)

Starting Pay: $25-28/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with daily activities, instruction, and behavioral needs
Assist teachers or clinicians with implementing lesson plans or treatment goals
Provide one-on-one and small group support
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
Follow established protocols and communicate effectively with staff
Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children in a school or clinical setting
Preferred (Not Required):
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
First Aid certification
Bilingual skills
