- Develop innovative product concepts from customer requirements, market needs, and internal initiatives
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks
- Quickly generate and evaluate multiple design concepts and alternatives
- Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and project teams
- Support prototyping, testing, validation, and product launch activities
- Develop bills of materials and engineering documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in product performance, cost, quality, and manufacturability
- Experience with custom equipment, industrial products, or automation systems
- Hands-on prototyping experience and familiarity with 3D printing
- Experience with FEA, validation testing, and design reviews
- A fast, creative concept developer who turns ideas into workable designs quickly
- A practical engineer who balances innovation with manufacturability
- A self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects to completion
- Must possess a valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time
