Talent Acquisition Specialist

Owning end-to-end recruitment and talent integration for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles, the full-time remote Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment, track onboarding success metrics, and collaborate with leadership to enhance talent mobility and employee engagement. Key responsibilities Perform full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from talent sourcing to onboarding, while tracking success metrics and quality of hires Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to define candidate profiles and execute role-aligned recruiting strategies Deliver an empathetic candidate experience and manage pre-boarding activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations Required qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within healthcare or a related regulated industry Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively across various stakeholders Familiarity with employment law, healthcare credentialing, and state licensure requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate assessment tools
