California Hourly Range: Starts at $20.00 (Plus Tips/Benefits Earn $1 - $4 extra per hour in TIPS!) Depending on Experience & Location, other states may vary.

• Ensuring all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service

• Filling in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
• Running the shift so all team members are provided their mandatory breaks and they are taken at the appropriate time
• Treating all team members with dignity and respect
• Assigning tasks to others as appropriate while still performing their fair share
• Commanding respect of team by demonstrating consistency and fairness without showing favoritism
• Following up on delegated tasks to ensure successful completion

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 35 pounds
• Great communication and people skills
• Possess basic math and accounting skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
