Senior Client Associate

As a Senior Client Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service. How you'll make an impact:

• Support internal and external clients by managing workflows and providing routine client assistance.
• Help retain clients and enhance their satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
• Create and manage documents, certificates, and reports using Gallagher's systems and tools.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet business goals and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with data, document, and timeline standards.

About you:

• Required: School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Appropriate licensing as required.
• Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
• Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
