Perm Occupational Therapist

Permanent Occupational TherapistWe are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe activities.
• Promote functional independence, safety, and participation in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license as required by the state.
• Current NBCOT certification or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
