Credit Tax VP: Lead Tax Strategy for Funds & CLOs
Atlas Search
Atlas Search is seeking a Vice President of Credit Tax in New York City. In this high-visibility role, you will oversee tax structuring, compliance, and advisory for funds, BDCs, CLOs, and special situations.
Key responsibilities include advising on fund formation, leading tax compliance for direct lending funds, and collaborating with senior leaders across multiple functions. You will be part of a lean tax team aiming for process improvement and scalability.
The position offers an annual base salary up to $500,000 with a five-day in-office work schedule.
